# My balance shows zero but I have been paid

Check the per currency rows on the balance page. If you were paid in a currency you hold, the money is sitting in that currency, and a total shown in a different one can look surprising.

If the rows are all zero as well and you know a payment settled, contact support with the payment id rather than waiting.
