To send/transfer crypto to your recipients:
- Log in to your mobile app, click on Send Payment
- We have three options for sending payment. Click on the third option, ‘Receiver has USDT on Polygon’.
3. The next step is how to send crypto, we have two options; sending to Bananacrystal wallet or External Wallet using the wallet address. click on the second option and continue
Option 1: Send to your recipient’s BananaCrystal wallet (using your recipient’s email address) or
Option 2: Send to your recipient’s external wallet (using your recipient’s blockchain address)
4. Select the cryptocurrency, recipient’s email address, and amount.
To avoid loss of funds, ensure that the wallet address entered is the correct address for the selected cryptocurrency blockchain.
4. Click Preview to Review your Transfer Details.
5. Submit and Confirm your transaction through the link sent to your registered email address.
When sending to your recipient’s external wallet, confirm the transfer within 10 minutes of previewing and submitting to avoid expiration. If the transfer expires, you will need to create a new one.
