Several safeguards can temporarily suspend an agent key (for 24 hours) to protect you:
- Repeated failures — 5 failed actions within 10 minutes.
- Malformed requests — 3 invalid requests within 5 minutes.
- Unusual volume spike — activity far above the key’s normal pattern (3× its recent hourly average and at least $1,000).
- Hitting the daily cap or attempting an unapproved large transaction.
These checks fail safe — if the safety system can’t confirm a key is in good standing, the action is blocked rather than allowed.
