Is there a minimum swap amount?

The only hard rule is that the amount must be a positive number. Beyond that, swaps are subject to the same account spending limits and guardrails as other actions (per-transaction, daily, and monthly caps). If you hit one of those limits, you’ll get a clear message telling you which cap was reached.
