- Initiated — the withdrawal was created but not yet sent to the payout partner.
- Awaiting User — you need to complete an action (e.g. finish the MoneyGram withdrawal screen or provide required info).
- Awaiting Payment — the payout is queued/in transit. For MoneyGram cash, this is your “ready for pickup” state — your cash is ready to collect.
- Processing — the payout is in flight to your bank/partner.
- Settled — done. The money has been delivered. ✅
- Failed / Cancelled / Expired — the withdrawal didn’t complete (see the refund question below).
Settled, Failed, Cancelled, and Expired are final states.
