No. If a payout can’t be completed, your balance is protected:
- Your USDb is automatically credited back to your wallet (re-minted), and the one-time verification fee — if it was charged — is refunded too.
- The system keeps retrying the refund until it succeeds, so a failed payout never leaves you short.
- If a withdrawal stays stuck for an unusually long time, contact support@bananacrystal.com — some edge cases are resolved with a manual payout by our team.
