Open the payment from Activity and click Refund. You can refund the whole thing or part of it, and you can refund the same payment more than once until it is fully refunded.
The amount is in the currency the customer paid, and the customer gets that amount back. Your store absorbs the cost of any currency conversion, so the customer is never short changed.
A refund needs a six digit code that we email to the store owner. Refunds cannot be reversed.
