Every bank/wire deposit is assigned a unique reference code in the format BC-XXXXXX (for example, BC-7K4M2P). This code is how we match your incoming bank transfer to your account.
- Always include the
BC-XXXXXXcode in your transfer’s reference/memo field, exactly as shown. - If you omit it or enter it incorrectly, your deposit can’t be automatically matched and crediting will be delayed while it’s reconciled manually.
- The code uses only unambiguous characters (no easily-confused letters/numbers).
