To receive a token, your wallet first has to be “associated” with that token (a one-time, on-chain step for each token type). BananaCrystal auto-associates tokens for you the first time you’re credited, so in normal use this is automatic. In rare cases where a wallet can’t associate a new token, the funds can’t be received until that’s resolved — contact support@bananacrystal.com if a credit seems stuck.
(Note: the association step itself is a technical action and won’t appear as a transaction in your history.)
