Because some of your funds are locked in escrow for something you have in progress:
- An open P2P offer you created.
- An active trade you’re in.
- A pending withdrawal that hasn’t settled yet.
When that action completes or is cancelled, the locked amount is released back to your available balance. You can view exactly what’s locked (and the history of every lock and release) in your escrow breakdown.
